What is your return/refund policy?

When will I get my order?

Where are your products manufactured?
At Jupiter IT Experts, we don’t manufacture our own products but instead, we carefully source devices and components from leading global brands and trusted suppliers.
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer pickup & drop service for repairs?
Currently, we do not provide pickup & drop services for repairs.
And here’s why: by keeping things simple, we’re able to focus on fast, affordable repairs without adding extra costs. You can bring your device directly to our service center, or ship it to us using your preferred courier.
This way, you only pay for what matters — professional, reliable repairs — while we make sure your device gets the attention it deserves.
Once the repair is complete, we’ll notify you right away so you can collect it at your convenience or we can ship it back to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure digital payment options including UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe and BHIM. These methods ensure your transactions are safe, fast, and hassle-free.
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — this allows us to keep our operations efficient and prices affordable, so you get the best value every time you shop with us.

What checks do refurbished laptops/PCs go through before being sold?
Every refurbished laptop and PC at Jupiter IT Experts goes through a thorough multi-step quality check before it reaches you. Our process includes:
- Hardware Testing CPU, RAM, storage, motherboard, and graphics performance.
- Battery & Power Check Ensuring reliable charging and backup.
- Display & Ports Inspection Screen, keyboard, USB, HDMI, and other connectors.
- Software Reset Fresh installation of OS (with genuine license where applicable).
- Final Quality Review Full system run test to ensure stability and smooth performance.
Only devices that pass all tests are certified and listed for sale — so you can buy with confidence knowing your device is ready to perform like new.

How do I track my order?

Do you allow store pickup for local customers?

If a product in a bulk order is faulty, how is it handled?
We thoroughly check all refurbished and used products before they leave our store to minimize any issues. For sealed, brand-new products, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. In the rare case something arrives faulty, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or exchange, ensuring the inconvenience is taken care of promptly.
