Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within INDIA Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, shipping volume, or carrier delays.

 

International Shipping

We currently [do not] offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and may take 7–21 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at helpdesk.jupiteritexperts@gmail.com.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
